A structured, compassionate, medically supervised day designed around comfort and dignity

Every day at Jeevan Suraksha is thoughtfully structured to balance medical care, personal comfort, emotional well-being and rest. Our routine is not rigid, but patient-centric, adapting to each individual's medical condition, energy levels and emotional needs.

6:00 – 8:00 AM

Morning Care & Health Assessment

Vital signs, blood sugar monitoring, position change, skin inspection, oral hygiene and bathing.

8:00 – 10:00 AM

Medication & Medical Review

Morning medications, nebulization or oxygen therapy as required, and medical officer rounds.

8:30 – 9:30 AM

Breakfast & Nutrition Care

Fresh, hygienic breakfast per diet chart, with assisted feeding for dependent residents.

10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Passive or active physiotherapy, neuro-physio exercises, and breathing exercises — individualised, not generalized.

12:30 – 2:30 PM

Midday Rest & Lunch

Nutritious lunch, medication administration, hydration monitoring and comfortable rest.

2:30 – 4:30 PM

Emotional, Cognitive & Social Engagement

Caregiver interaction, memory stimulation, counselling and calm music or quiet activities.

4:30 – 6:30 PM

Evening Care & Snacks

Evening tea, medication, vitals monitoring and family interaction time.

6:30 – 9:00 PM

Dinner & Night Care

Dinner per diet plan, night medications, hygiene care and pain assessment.

Overnight

24×7 Monitoring

Continuous nursing supervision, vitals monitoring for critical patients, and emergency response readiness.
