Is Jeevan Suraksha a hospital or an old age home?

Neither. It is a specialized medical eldercare and hospice institution, combining hospital-grade medical care, rehabilitation, hospice comfort, and a calm, home-like living environment.

Is a doctor available at all times?

Yes. Nursing staff is available 24×7, medical officers are on call, and specialist doctors are consulted as required, with emergency escalation protocols in place.

Do you provide hospice and end-of-life care?

Yes — pain and symptom relief, comfort and dignity, emotional and spiritual peace, family counselling, and respect for cultural and religious practices.

Do you care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease?

Yes, with specialized care focused on stability, slowing progression through structured routines, cognitive stimulation, and safety and supervision.

What kind of food is provided?

Nutritious, balanced meals planned according to medical condition, dietary requirements and cultural preferences, including special feeds like Ryles tube feed where required.

Is admission permanent or temporary?

Both options are available — long-term residential care, short-term or respite care, post-hospital recovery, or emergency/observation care.

Can family members visit the patient?

Yes. We encourage family interaction within defined visiting hours to ensure emotional comfort, uninterrupted medical routines, and infection control.

What services are chargeable separately?

Medicines, disposables, investigations, ambulance services, specialist consultations, oxygen therapy, cardiac monitoring and certain bedside procedures — all explained transparently.
