Visitors & Family Involvement – Jeevan Suraksha Geriatric

We firmly believe that family presence, emotional connection and familiar faces play a vital role in the healing, comfort and emotional stability of elderly and terminally ill residents. Our visitor policy balances emotional well-being with medical safety, hygiene and dignity.

Visiting Hours

Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Hours may vary based on resident's medical condition or infection-control needs.

Flexible Visiting for Critical & Hospice Care

Extended or flexible visiting is provided for terminally ill and hospice residents after consultation with the medical and nursing team.

Visitor Guidelines

✓ Maintain silence and calm behaviour inside care areas ✓ Follow hygiene protocols — hand sanitization, masks if required ✓ Avoid visiting if suffering from fever, cold, cough or infection ✓ Respect the privacy of other residents ✓ Children should be supervised at all times ✓ Photography or videography only with prior permission
