Transparency

Transparency, Governance & Ethical Practices

Not a compliance requirement — a core value

As a not-for-profit organization working with vulnerable elderly, chronically ill and terminally ill individuals, we believe that ethical conduct, openness and accountability are essential to earning and retaining the trust of families, donors, partners and the wider community.

Governance Structure

A diverse, multi-disciplinary Board of Trustees spanning healthcare, social service, management and finance, meeting periodically to review performance, care quality and compliance.

Ethical & Professional Standards

Patient dignity and consent are always respected, with transparent communication on care, prognosis and decisions, and zero tolerance for neglect or discrimination.

Financial Transparency & Accountability

Proper accounting, periodic financial reviews, and responsible utilization of donations and grants — with no diversion of funds for personal purposes.

Statutory Compliance

Society registration, PAN and statutory identity compliances, and eligibility for tax-exempt donations under relevant provisions.

Care Quality Monitoring

Regular internal assessments, clinical supervision by senior professionals, and feedback from patients and families.

Family & Stakeholder Communication

Regular updates on patient condition, care plan discussions, and transparent explanation of procedures and interventions.

Open to Collaboration & Oversight

We welcome constructive feedback, ethical partnerships, and social audits when required.

“Every life entrusted to us is treated with respect, honesty, responsibility, and compassion. Trust is earned through actions — and we strive to earn it every single day.”
